Website: www.amacaccountantsandtax.com GBOGBO/BAIYEKU LOCAL COUNCIL DEVELOPMENT AREA INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION/REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST DEADLINE: 21ST SEPTEMBER, 2021 (1.0) INTRODUCTION Igbogbo/Baiyeku Local Council Development Area in pursuance of its mandate and in compliance with the requirement of the Lagos State Procurement Law as amended in 2021 and in line with 2021 capital budgetary provision of the Local Council Development Area. The Local Council Development Area hereby invites Expression of Interest from prospective Contractors/ Suppliers/ Consultants with the objective of Pre-qualifying these Contractors/Suppliers/Consultants to develop a database of service providers with which the Igbogbo/Baiyeku Local Council Development Area will partner in subsequent bidding process and contract awards. (2.0) PRE-QUALIFICATION AREAS WORKS 1. Construction of Drainages. 2. Rehabilitation of Primary Health Care Centers. 3. Construction of Barricades. 4. Construction of Standard Boreholes.
- Desilting of Blocked Drainages GOODS 1. Supply of Utility Vehicles. 2. Supply of Official and Project Vehicles. 3. Supply of Vocational Equipment. 4. Procurement and Installation of Streetlights. 5. Procurement and Installation of Solar System. 6. Procurement and Installation of Transformers. 7. Procurement of Office/ School Furnitures. 8. Procurement of Educational Materials CONSULTING SERVICES 1. Training and Manpower Development. 2. Agricultural Development and Food Security Public-Private Partnership. 3. Professional Consulting Services for Feasibility Studies NON-CONSULTING SERVICES 1. Routine Fumigation of Public Buildings. 2. Environmental Services and Waste Management. 3. Catering and Entertainment Services PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS The Expression of Interest must be submitted in the following order: a. Cover Letter duly signed by the company‟s authorized signatory Indicating the specific area(s) of specialization under the four (4) headings (Goods; Works, Consulting Services or Non-Consulting Services). b. Certificate of Incorporation/Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). c. Company‟s Audited Accounts for the years (2018, 2019, and 2020). d. Company Profile and organisational structure with the CV of key personnel with Professional Certificates. e. Evidence of Financial Capability (Reference letter from reputable Bank capable and willing to provide line of credit for project execution, if required). f. Current Tax Clearance Certificate of the Company and Two Directors for the last three years (2018, 2019, and 2020). g. Evidence of Technical Capacity (list of equipment, staffing etc.).
h. Possession of experience as a Prime Contractor/Consultant/Supplier in at least two (2) projects of similar nature and complexity with verifiable letters of contracts award and certificates of job completion within the last five (5) years from 2021. i. Exact verifiable location and full Address/Contact, Telephone numbers and Email address of the authorised representative. j. Evidence of technical partnership (Manufacturer‟s authorization where necessary). k. In case of Joint Ventures, the company shall provide evidence of the joint Venture Agreement executed by all parties in the joint Venture. l. Evidence of Company Registration/ Renewal with Igbogbo/Baiyeku Local Council Development Area. m. Any additional information that may enhance your future considerations. NOTE: i. EOI/Pre-qualification submission should be very clear about the area(s) of Competence and interest. ii. Submission must be in English language only in Four (4) copies (one original and three copies) sealed in an envelope clearly marked “Submission of Pre-qualification document for Goods, Works, Consulting Services or Non-Consulting Services (choose whichever is applicable)” iii. Interested applicants must note that Igbogbo/Baiyeku LCDA reserve the right to verify claims made in the Pre-qualification documents submitted by them. iv. Igbogbo/Baiyeku LCDA shall deal directly with only the authorized officers of Interested Companies and not with their agents. v. This Pre-qualification exercise shall not be construed as a commitment on the pent of Igbogbo/Baiyeku LCDA to award any contract. vi. Igbogbo/Baiyeku Local Council Development Area will not be responsible for any cost or expenses Incurred by any Interested party (ies) in connection with responses, to this Invitation. vii. SUBMISSION OF EOI/PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS: Applications must be enclosed in sealed envelope as indicated in Note (ii) above, and addressed to The Procurement Officer, Igbogbo/Baiyeku Local Council Development Area, 26, Obafemi Awolowo Way, Igbogbo, Ikorodu Division, Lagos State, and delivered at the same address on or before 12:00 on Tuesday, 21 September 2021.
